1. Business Scope & Agreement Applicability

This website is operated by RITINA LIMITED. Our sole core business is the global retail and small wholesale of speakers, including portable Bluetooth speakers, home stereo speakers, outdoor party speakers, desktop speakers and waterproof speakers.

All terms under this Terms of Service shall exclusively apply to all purchase orders, payments, delivery, after-sales disputes generated from speaker transactions between our company and customers. Any browsing or purchasing behavior of speaker products on this website means you fully accept all clauses of this agreement.

2. Governing Law

This Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. All disputes arising from speaker sales transactions on this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts of Hong Kong SAR.

3. Speaker Order & Payment Rules

3.1 When you place an order for speakers on our website, you promise that all submitted contact and shipping information is true, accurate and complete.

3.2 The unit price of each model of speakers displayed on the product page is the final transaction price; shipping fees will be separately calculated based on the delivery country of your speaker order.

3.3 We reserve the right to cancel abnormal, fraud or duplicate speaker orders without prior notice.

4. Product Quality & Inspection Standard for Speakers

All speakers sold by our company will complete three rounds of factory quality testing before delivery, including Bluetooth connection stability, bass performance, sound clarity, volume distortion control and battery cycle durability. We will not ship any speaker products with abnormal sound, unstable connection or defective functions.

5. User Usage Restrictions for Speakers

You may only purchase our speakers for personal daily use or small wholesale commercial resale. It is prohibited to disassemble, modify, copy or counterfeit the internal hardware and structure of our branded speakers without our written authorization.

6. After-sales Terms Exclusive to Speaker Products

6.1 All speaker products purchased from our store enjoy a 12-month official manufacturer warranty.

6.2 For speakers with manufacturing defects confirmed by our inspection, we provide free replacement services and bear relevant return logistics costs.

6.3 All return applications for defective speakers need to send order numbers and product fault photos to our designated customer service email for verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All pictures, text, appearance design and technical parameters of speakers displayed on this website belong to RITINA LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction and commercial use are forbidden.

8. Liability Limitation

We shall not be liable for indirect economic losses caused by improper personal use of speakers, delivery delays caused by logistics force majeure, customs clearance detention or third-party payment failures.

9. Update of Terms

We reserve the right to revise this Terms of Service according to our speaker business operation needs. Continued browsing and purchasing of speaker products after the update represents your recognition of the new clauses.
